Jamming is my jam. This week we picked exactly one gajillion cherry tomatoes, I stewed them down with saffron and sugar, and got 6 little jewel jars out of them! I'm looking forward to pouring this on grilled cheese sandwiches, french bread with dill havarti... Yum. Isn't it pretty??
Next up will be jalapeno jam, I have a bunch of lil baby peppers growing!
